Were these bikes repainted or genuinely purchased with these colours ? I mean, have you had a painting job done, including componentry ?

They really look brand new (are they ?) but I rather prefer to see bikes ridden and not under a plastic to prevent dust to land over...

unfotunately they were both in a very untidy state when I got them.

True in the sense that I would keep this nice beast under a glass window. So somewhere, waou's right, your Manitou would be left in safe hands away from dirt, dust and oxygen.

Je me rappelle avoir vu une photo du garage du pilote Eddy Lawson : 2 kestrel comme vélo d'entraînement : un VTT, un route.
Y'avait pas eu une histoire avec Merlin? Ils devaient soit disant s'appeler Kestrel… Mais comme ce nom a été utilisé par Kestrel eux même, ils ont pris un autre nom de rapace : Merlin

Je vais tenter en Anglais…
